we are currently offering and testing a 10" personal GF Pie. The Pie can be ordered as you wish from either our Signature or other pie creations, however, pricing is different: *Signature GF 10" $9.00 (plus tax) *Basic Cheese GF 10" #1 will be $6.75 (plus tax) *Classic GF 10" $8.00 (plus tax) Additional toppings are extra. We will not cut these pies so that there is no chance of Flour contamination. Product will be covered in foil for pick ups and deliveries. Product is a French Meadows Pre-made dough consist of tapioca starch & Rice Flour with NO nuts! Contains eggs & Egg whites

Blue Chesse vs. Gorgonzola?

Actually blue cheese is a general category of cheeses that are made by introducing a bacteria into the cheese so that blue cheese mold forms in veins in the cheese itself. Gorgonzola is simply an Italian-made blue cheese. It's made from cow's milk, and is aged for about 4 months. Other kinds of blue cheese may be made from cow, sheep or goat milk, and aging time may vary, and generally this results in the differences in taste/flavor and pungency. The kind of blue cheese we often see at the market in the US is akin to Roquefort (made from ewe's milk), with a very pungent, tangy taste and odor. Gorgonzola is milder in flavor and smell than many blues.

A bud tempting combo of sweet corn, apples, creamy brie, and fresh mozzarella, and serving it on top of our Hand Tossed thin crust. We have a lot of our Broadway Apart Fans ordering without the sauce and LOVE it!! Manny, orders it for an appetizer! Not a bad idea!
